Private Residence

A luxurious 4 season country residence with an integrated boathouse and docks. Designed to be placed on existing
boathouse foundations, the cottage cascades down a hill and into the water.

The main entrance is in the top level of the house, which also houses the master bedroom and ensuite. The floor below
houses guest bedrooms, a common room and kitchen. The foundation of the building houses the boat house, storage
and utilities.
