Design Intent rendering for the interior of an interior/exterior remodel. Polished Gray wood floors stay neutral next to a balanced contrast of white walls and dark brown wood. The stairs bolt directly into a structural wall on their left side. Glass separates the staircase from to basement to the top of the 2nd level. Kitchen walls are completely clad in the same marble as the countertop.

Current interior walls are to be removed and the stair headers reinforced on all floors.
